A seven-year-old boy was at the centre of a London courtroom drama today when he challenged a court ruling over who should have custody of him.

The boy has a history of being beaten by his parents and the judge initially awarded custody to his aunt, in keeping with child custody law and regulations requiring that family unity be maintained to the degree possible.

The boy surprised the court when he proclaimed that his aunt beat him more than his parents and he adamantly refused to live with her. When the judge then suggested that he live with his grandparents, the boy cried out that they also beat him.

After considering the remainder of the immediate family and learning that domestic violence was apparently a way of life among them, the judge took the unprecedented step of allowing the boy to propose who should have custody of him. After two recesses to check legal references and confer with child welfare officials, the judge granted temporary custody to Tottenham Hotspur Football Club, whom the boy firmly believes are incapable of beating anyone.

Keep an eye out for the Madrid open(golf) starts THursday this week.

Jarmo Sandelin @ 66/1 each way looks a tatsy bet.He only finished 2 shots back last week at the Alfred Dunhill Championship last week and was priced at 100/1 for that.

Another outsider to watch for the Madrid Master is PABLO LARAZZABAL also at 66/1. Good each-way bet.

Pablo Larazzabal is a good up and coming player who won the French Open earlier in the season but his form at present is terrible. He finished 108th at the Alfred Dunhill Championship compared to Sandelin's 4th winning him €160,000..We are tipping an in form player here who looks a good value and has a history of playing good at the end of the season.

The Alfred Dunhill was played in terrible weather conditions so a lot of players finishing positions wouldn't have been a true reflection of their form.

The thing is Liam, every player played in the dame conditions and the best player at the end of the week won.A bad workman blames his tools.A good golfer can play in any conditions on any course(ask the tiger,he won his last major on one leg and did not complain)

Lee Westwood played the worst golf I've ever seen at the Alfred Dunhill. You and I know that that was not the real Lee Westwood.
I'll stick with Larazzabal anyway and see how he goes.

Liam , are you on drugs?

Lee Westwood finished 8th in the Dunhill Championship(£67,500) only 4 back of the winner. If thats the "worst golf you have ever seen?" then what was your pick larazzabel's golf like if he finished 108th?

Are you for real Liam

I know where Westwood finished but some of his early round golf in the bad weather was was terrible. I think in one round he bogeyed the first 6 holes.
There's no doubt that the weather has an effect on even the best players!

A sign of a player on form then(so much for his bad golf)
he bogeyed his first six holes and only finished 4 shots behind.
Bet the rest of the players on tour wish they were playing " THE WORST GOLF YOU HAVE EVER SEEN" LIKE WESTWOOD

Its called bouncebackability Liam
